Electrical Assembler

Electrical Assembler Responsibilities
Assemble electrical components, panels, and systems according to schematics, diagrams, and work instructions
Cut, strip, and terminate wires; install connectors, terminals, and other electrical hardware
Solder, crimp, braze, or weld connections to secure electrical terminals as required
Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards
Perform basic electrical testing and troubleshooting on assemblies
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions
Maintain organized workstations and proper documentation of completed work
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals
Electrical Assembler Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or manufacturing
Hands-on experience with welding, brazing, or soldering
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Manufacturing or production setting with adherence to safety protocolsMay involve standing for long periods, bending, and handling electrical components and assemblies
