Overview Play a key role in installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing build-outs, resets, display repairs, and following planograms and client‑specific directives across a variety of retail environments for leading technology brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to field services management contact, updating availability and completing all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures; perform necessary forms, surveys, and documentation at each job site.
Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests; conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure functionality.
Participate in early‑morning installations and team‑based projects; provide solution feedback.
Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
Assist team members and contribute to team success.
Adhere to accurate timecard submission timelines and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete training and certification programs.
Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
Benefits
Hourly pay starting at $16.00 per hour, based on experience and location.

Qualifications
Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
Ability to climb ladders up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, and perform tasks such as kneeling, walking, crouching, bending, gripping, and reaching overhead.
Flexible availability Monday‑Friday, with weekend, holiday, early‑morning and late‑night availability as needed.
Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email; proficiency in using a smartphone for clocking, photo uploads, and app navigation.
Ownership of an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives and secondary communications.
Strong leadership and professional communication; ability to make sound decisions, show good judgment, and problem‑solve effectively.
