Retail Display Installer – Technology
Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.
Schedule: Monday–Friday. Weekends not required.
Role 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll execute a wide range of in‑store tasks, including:
Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps
Performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs
Following plan‑o‑grams and client‑specific directives
Installing and building displays, end caps, and fixturing
Conducting break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional
Managing virtual software and ensuring successful execution of related tasks and timelines
Adhering to timelines, accurate time‑card submission, reporting anomalies daily
Working independently in a fast‑paced environment
Participating in training, certification programs, and early‑morning installations with a team
Responding to field services management within 24 hours of contact
Maintaining availability accurately and updating as needed

Key Responsibilities
Responding and maintaining consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
Keeping availability updated and accurate.
Completing all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
Installing and building displays, end caps, and fixturing.
Completing necessary forms/surveys before leaving the job site.
Incorporating planogram/client requests.
Conducting break‑fix repairs.
Participating in early morning installations with a team of 2+ people.
Managing virtual software and ensuring successful execution.
Assisting other team members as needed.
Adhering to accurate timecard submission timelines.
Working independently in fast‑paced environment.
Completing training and certification programs.
Tracking, recording, and communicating activity via designated systems.
Availability for weekend assignments as needed.
Scheduling / Planning
Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends and early morning hours.
Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Qualifications
Must be 18 or older (insurance requirement).
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Flexible availability Monday‑through‑Friday, weekend and holiday availability as needed.
Early morning and late-night availability as needed.
Maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead.
Adaptability to changing tasks and environments.
Effective communication (phone, text, email); smartphone usage for clocking, photos, apps.
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
Installation and merchandising experience.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Ability to follow planogram directives.
Own an Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms.
Complete all training assignments within designated time frame.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance.
