Overview LOCATIONS: Throughout Arizona - Some out of state travel might be required
Duties
Perform major and minor repairs on equipment.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance on equipment, trucks and trailers.
Maintain parts inventory and accurate records of repairs performed on equipment.
Ability to stand for long period of time.
Determine equipment condition by conducting inspection and diagnostic test to identify worn and damaged parts.
Complete preventive maintenance schedules to keep equipment available for use.
Verify equipment performance by operating equipment.
Ability to lift up to 100lbs.
Perform all duties within safety guidelines set up by OSHA, MSHA and company policy.
Perform pre-shift inspections on equipment prior to startup.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
(2-3) previous experience in similar position
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
Takes instruction well from management – including the ability to demonstrate attention to detail, active listening skills and the ability to learn quickly
Must be able to work in a field and shop environment with little to no supervision.
Must be able to work in all degrees of weather
Must put SAFETY first by adhering to all safety rules
The successful candidate must be safety conscious with a record of working safely in the workplace.
