Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician
– Sunstate Mechanical Services, LLC Shift: Monday – Friday. Hours may vary between 5am-4pm (some rotation of on‑call shifts, nights and weekends). Hourly Rate: $35‑$50 (DOE). Location: Office at 2507 W. Erie Dr., Suite 103 Tempe, AZ 85282. This job requires traveling across the greater Phoenix area (sites will vary based on the job). Requirements
You must be 18 years old. You must be eligible to work in the U.S. You must be able to pass a drug test. You must be able to pass a motor vehicle history check. For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. You must have your own tool kit. A pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check are required. Able to lift up to 50lbs. 5+ years of experience preferred. Job Duties
Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for rooftop units, humidifiers, packaged air conditioners, refrigerated air dryers, and control systems. Working with chillers, cooling towers, hot water/steam boilers, condensers/chilled water pumps and exhaust fans regularly. Variable frequency drives, computer room AC equipment, air handling/fan coil units and air compressors will also be a big part of your workload. Installing commercial units.
