Regional Construction and Remodeling Worker
MGM Healthcare provides rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long‑term care, assisted living, and independent living centers in Iowa, Missouri and Oklahoma. Our centers offer on‑site therapy and rehabilitation services—using the latest equipment and techniques—from physical and occupational therapy to special memory units and respite care. The corporate office is located in St. Louis, Missouri. This position supports all MGM facilities and involves traveling to multiple facilities in the St. Louis metropolitan area, Iowa, Oklahoma and Southern Missouri to complete skilled work on renovation projects. Outstanding patient care is our business, and all work must be done with the utmost consideration for the persons residing in these facilities.

Essential Functions of the Regional Maintenance Worker
Simple equipment maintenance
Lay vinyl flooring planks and other flooring material
Room and facility remodels
Hang drywall, mud, sand and paintBasic electrical, plumbing and HVAC
Furniture Repair
Normal day‑to‑day maintenance assistance at facilities when required
Skills of Maintenance Workers
Framing
Electrical
Plumbing
HVAC
Dry wall and painting
Equipment installation
Tile and Flooring Installation
Eye for detail
Ability to stick to tight schedule when working within the facilities
Requirements
High School diploma
Construction experience preferred
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing & HVAC
Familiarity with a variety of hand and electrical tools
Vehicle with registration and insurance is a must, travel is required
Technical apprenticeship or schooling a plus
