Job Description Maintain quality assurance processes, record and analyze results, and identify improvement areas for employees and processes.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate exceptional customer service, communication, and leadership skills.

Provide coaching and training to field technicians to promote safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

Conduct site prescreening and job audits, identifying potential hazards or quality issues.

Collaborate with field teams, management, and third parties to support quality, safety, and performance metrics.

Communicate effectively with internal teams, partners, and customers regarding project timelines and service issues.

Develop and support the implementation of quality assurance protocols, safety control systems, and documentation standards.

Perform quality assurance testing and inspections, including statistical sampling and performance analysis.

Maintain organized records of inspections, training, incidents, and job performance audits.

Identify trends or recurring issues in field performance and propose process improvements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, and at least one (1) year industry experience as a technician. Experience with Comcast products preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feet, reach with hands and arms, climb and balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Works outdoors for extended periods is exposed to extreme weather conditions.
