We are looking for a skilled Carpenter / Measure Technician to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. You will accurately measure the customer’s home for installations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout service jobs.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Measures products at customer homes
Repairs windows, siding, and sunrooms
Orders and tracks repair / installation services
Assists management with reporting and communication, as requested
Interacts with homeowners to service their home‑improvement needs
Safely performs all aspects of the job in compliance with all federal, state & local laws
High school diploma or GED preferred; construction trade school a plus
3 to 5 years in home improvement / construction involving carpentry, roofing & window installation
Experience with a brake and other hand tools such as a utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc. required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Math skills including using a tape measure and angles
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Position: Full‑time Location: Indianapolis, IN Salary: $22.00–$25.00 per hour
