What You Will Contribute Join a company built on strength, stability, and innovation. As an Assembly II, you’ll help our Racine facility (8635 Washington Ave., Mt. Pleasant, WI) maintain our legacy of trusted leadership.

Shift Schedule and Facility The first shift runs Monday‑Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm at our Racine manufacturing plant.

Assembler II Responsibilities

Assemble components with precision and care.

Ensure quality standards are met at every step.

Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and supportive workplace.

Use basic printing programs to complete customer orders and adjust as needed.

Record daily customer order activity in the production system, view work instructions, and report completed work.

Take initiative to prioritize items and seek additional information when required.

Education and Experience

High School Degree / GED preferred.

3+ years of assembly/manufacturing experience desired.

Working Conditions

Manufacturing environment.

Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and complete an audiogram test.

Those in the aerospace department must pass vision, color vision, and depth perception tests.

Good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina required.

Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
