Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Service Technician role in Columbus, OH. The responsibilities include servicing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and refrigeration units such as walk‑in coolers and freezers. The technician will perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve issues efficiently and provide excellent customer service while ensuring all equipment operates at optimal performance levels. The role also requires working collaboratively with team members to complete installations and repairs on schedule.
Qualifications
Experience in maintenance & repair, including knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and HVAC systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities for diagnosing technical issues
Proficiency in field service operations, including on‑site repair and installation work
Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and professional communication
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment and adapt to dynamic job site conditions
HVAC certification or relevant technical training is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
