We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our state-of-the-art kitchens and onsite bakeries operate at peak performance. This essential role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment for our 9 million square foot campus. If you take pride in precision, problem-solving, and keeping essential systems running smoothly, we'd love to have you on our team. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliance systems Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections Ensure compliance with OSHA, refrigeration, gas, and electrical safety standards Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to resolve technical issues Core Equipment You\'ll Work On
Refrigeration: Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines Cooking Equipment: Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets Ventilation & HVAC: Exhaust hoods, rooftop HVAC units, make-up air systems Dishwashing & Sanitation: High-capacity dishwashers, automated sanitation systems Location and Relocation
Position based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Compensation and Benefits
