Service Wire Company is a premier supplier of industrial and utility wire and cable. We are seeking a 3rd shift Machine Operator in Phoenix, AZ. Position Summary
This full‑time role operates production machinery, monitors wire quality, records fabrication data, and transports materials on a forklift. Shift is 11pm‑7:30am. Responsibilities
Prepare and set up machine for production by positioning the payoff, feeder, and take‑up Operate machinery by adjusting and maintaining production controls according to specifications Monitor wire quality during production and of finished product Perform routine lubrication of machinery parts and minor preventative maintenance Observe machine operation for equipment malfunction and report immediately Record detailed daily production data Maintain safety standards and clean work environment Additional duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or one year related industrial experience or equivalent training Strong basic math and measuring skills Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to general instructions, direction, and correspondence, both oral and written Cooperatively works and interacts with members of the manufacturing department and other company employees Must be able to work in hot and cold environments without climate‑control Shift Schedule
Must be available to work Sunday‑Thursday 11:00pm‑7:30am
