About Roush Yates Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions is a precision CNC parts manufacturing organization with expertise in multi‑axis machining of metal parts with complex geometries. We produce machined parts for the automotive, aerospace, military, and industrial industries.

What you’ll do You will be on the front lines of ensuring our products meet the highest industry standards. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections using manual, visual, and attribute methods, recording data, generating Non‑Conformance reports, and mentoring fellow Quality Technicians. You will operate critical equipment like CMMs, vision systems, and form tracers, perform data reviews on DCC data, pull defect tracking and dimensional reports from our database, and ensure gauges are verified, maintained, and calibrated.

Are you a good fit? We’re looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years in Quality Control, 5 years running CMMs using PC‑Dmis or Calypso software, familiarity with common inspection methods, PPAPs, and FAIRs, and a certificate or associate’s degree in manufacturing or a related technical field. If you have strong knowledge of GD&T, ISO/AS, calibration requirements, and excellent communication skills, you’ll thrive here.

Knowledge and Skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with Microsoft Access preferred.

5+ years in Quality Control.

5+ years running CMMs (Zeiss and/or Hexagon).

Familiarity with common inspection methods.

Experience with PPAPs and FAIRs.

Certificate, Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience in manufacturing or related technical field.

In-depth understanding of GD&T.

Working knowledge of different types of gaging and measurement methods.

Ability to communicate findings with quality teammates and production staff.

Working knowledge of ISO/AS and calibration requirements.
