The Company Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions is a precision CNC parts manufacturing organization with expertise in multi‑axis machining of metal parts with complex geometries. We produce machined parts for the automotive, aerospace, military and industrial industries.
Key Responsibilities You’ll maintain a clean and safe work environment while setting up and operating 5‑axis CNC mills with precision and expertise. Align holding fixtures, cutting tools and materials onto machines to manufacture parts to exact tolerances and specifications. Measure and test completed units to ensure top‑notch quality and adherence to our high standards. With a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency, you play a crucial role in bringing our innovative designs to life.
Job Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in CNC machining.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience setting up and operating 5‑axis CNC machines.
Proficiency with measuring tools: micrometers, calipers, bore gauges.
Manufacture parts within tolerance and specifications.
Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and AASHTO Y14.5.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must perform all duties in conjunction with quality system requirements.
In‑depth understanding of manual and CNC equipment capability, part processing and machining.
Position Requirements Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Long periods of standing. Must follow company safety procedures and meet minimum vision standards: Snellen 14/18, 20/25 or better, Jaeger Type 2 at 14 in, or Ortho‑Rated 8. For ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident.
