Job Overview Strictly Mechanical is currently looking for Service Technicians to join our Conyers, GA office. Service Technicians are responsible for delivering high‑quality service, diagnosing system issues, obtaining replacement parts, calibrating equipment to manufacturer specifications, and communicating findings and solutions to customers and front‑office staff. Proficiency in reading schematics, work plans, and a solid understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles are essential.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling equipment on commercial HVAC systems.

Travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedule.

Document service details and parts used electronically via company‑provided cellphone.

Maintain vehicle, equipment, and tools in good working order.

Participate in company‑provided training opportunities.

Be available for night, weekend, or on‑call work to serve emergency needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Vocational/technical diploma from an accredited HVAC program or completion of an apprenticeship program (required).

Valid driver’s license (required).

Five or more years of HVAC field experience (required).

EPA certification (required).

NATE certification (highly desirable but not required).

Duties (may vary by assignment)

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling systems on commercial HVAC units.

Carry out service visits as per schedule.

Sustain inventory of parts, tools, and safety equipment in the service vehicle.

Work physically in various settings and weather conditions, including frequent travel between sites.
