HVAC Service Technician
to lead complex service and repair work for our residential and light commercial clients across the Puget Sound region. Our technicians are known for their craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer‑first approach.

What You'll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Lead troubleshooting and advanced system diagnostics
Mentor and support junior technicians as needed
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
Maintain accurate service documentation
What You Bring
5+ years of HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting ability
EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred
Proven professionalism and customer service focus
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Basic tools required
