We are currently hiring for a Machine Operator with CNC/Press Brake experience in our Lafayette, IN facility. Job tasks include set up and operating press brake, measurement and inspection of parts.
Position Summary
Set up parameters of press brake through touch screen on the equipment to adjust tonnage, angle, speed, and number of bends on a work piece.
Responsible for producing parts in the proper quantity as identified by the production schedule.
Determine angle of bends by utilizing protractor, tape measure, and squares to ensure that parts con‑form to customer specification.
Perform in‑process inspections of parts throughout the manufacturing run and ensure they meet visual standards of acceptance.
Follow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.

Education And Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum one year press brake or CNC machine operation experience; or recent certification from a manufacturing or technical program.
