Role Description This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Fence Installer based in Pensacola, FL. The Fence Installer will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing various types of fences such as wooden privacy, chain‑link, vinyl and aluminum for both residential and commercial. Day‑to‑day tasks include measuring and marking fence locations, preparing materials, operating basic tools and machinery, and ensuring proper alignment and secure installation. Adherence to safety regulations and delivering high‑quality workmanship are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Experience in fence installation in all types of fencing and building gates
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other necessary equipment
Strong skills in measurement, alignment, and basic mathematical calculations (MUST be able to read a tape measure)
Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction or installation work
Dependable, detail‑oriented, and committed to completing tasks efficiently
Physical stamina to perform outdoor and physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
