Position Summary Bear Staffing is hiring a dependable
Temporary Fence Installer / Driver
for an outdoor, physical role. You’ll work in a small crew installing and removing temporary fencing on construction and event sites. This job is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying active, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
Install, remove, and repair temporary fencing
Set posts using a post-pounder (no concrete)
Place panels, gates, stands, and sandbags
Operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
Keep job sites clean and safe
Work as part of a small crew
Optional: Drive non-CDL flatbed trucks
Optional (lead-level): Communicate with customers on site measurements or changes
Requirements
Ability to lift
50+ lbs
repeatedly
Comfortable working outdoors all day
Reliable with
6:00 AM
start times
Team-oriented attitude
Valid Driver’s License (required for driving roles)
Clean MVR preferred
Preferred Background
Temporary fence installation
Construction, landscaping, concrete, utilities, or similar physical labor
Medium-duty truck driving
