Service Technician (Park 151 Apartments) – LCOR

Job Summary Park 151 Apartments is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. The Service Technician will perform varied maintenance functions needed to maintain and add value to the community.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, fire protection, elevators, and energy management systems.
Inspect properties and report safety hazards or needed repairs to the Service Manager.
Assist with hazardous weather events, fires, floods, freezing temperatures, snow removal, etc.
Accompany vendors in occupied units for services such as pest control and community inspections.
Assist office staff with delivery of resident notices.
Work during inclement weather and be available for night/weekend call duty.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Community Management.
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, elevators, and energy management systems.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience using Yardi or other Property Management Software is a plus.
Ability to lift 25–100 lbs. on a regular basis.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Availability for after‑hours emergencies.
Willingness to work weekends and overnight shifts.
Technical Skills
Plumbing and electrical skills.
Repair/replace locks and smoke alarms.
Appliance repairs.
Roofing inspection and minor roof repairs.
HVAC repairs – requires active HVAC certification.
Compensation $28/hr plus a competitive benefits package and advancement opportunities.
