Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Mechanic role located in Carmel, IN. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repairs on equipment and facilities. Daily tasks include inspecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance of industrial and building equipment, and adhering to safety and compliance standards. Qualifications
Experience with Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Industrial Maintenance
Proficiency in Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance processes
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for mechanical systems and equipment
Understanding of safety protocols and compliance regulations in the healthcare or facilities management sectors
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in relevant fields is a plus
Previous experience in healthcare facility maintenance or similar environment is preferred
