Extreme Wood Works
Extreme Wood Works of South Florida is a UL-certified custom millwork and carpentry shop specializing in high-end retail fixtures, luxury brands, and custom cabinetry. We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our growing production team.
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines (router experience preferred)
Read and interpret shop drawings, CAD files, and production specs
Load materials, monitor machine operations, and ensure accuracy
Perform quality checks and make adjustments as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Collaborate with production and project management teams to meet deadlines
Requirements
Proven experience operating CNC machinery (woodworking/millwork preferred)
Ability to read technical drawings and work from CAD/CAM files
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Knowledge of materials such as plywood, MDF, laminates, and hardwoods
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Experience with luxury millwork or retail fixtures is a plus
