Machine Operator
– Cibo Vita Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator at our facility in Totowa, NJ. Base Pay Range $16.00/hr – $18.00/hr
Responsibilities
Operate various types of machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
