Base pay range
$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr
Day in the Life At our Totowa, NJ facility, you’ll start your shift by preparing production equipment, reviewing work orders, and confirming safety checks. As the line comes up to speed, you’ll dial in settings, watch quality indicators, and make fine adjustments to keep output on spec. You’ll log production data, coordinate with teammates to hit targets, and jump in to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Throughout the day, you’ll uphold strict safety standards and share best practices with newer operators to keep the operation running smoothly.
Core Responsibilities
Run and adjust a range of industrial machines to meet safety, quality, and throughput standards.
Continuously monitor performance, inspect output, and optimize process parameters for consistent results.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Accurately record production counts, materials used, and variances; promptly escalate discrepancies.
Partner with your team and supervisor to achieve daily production goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, and housekeeping guidelines.
Support onboarding by helping train new operators on equipment operation and safety.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in machine operation is a plus.
Hands-on experience operating production machinery or in a comparable manufacturing role.
Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and apply technical documents, drawings, and equipment manuals.
Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Flexibility to work various hours and overtime when required.
Location & Schedule Based in Totowa, NJ. Multiple shifts available.
