Position Summary To provide the highest quality heating and cooling solutions to both residential and commercial customers alike according to Danco company standards.
Work Hours 7:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion).
Pay Rate $34.00/hr or more, depending on experience (up to $45/hr including spiffs).
Required Qualifications
Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical school
5+ years of HVAC residential service experience
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
NATE Certified or obtained within one year of employment
Universal EPA Certification
Willingness to invest in basic tools
