Job Details Pay:
$30.00–$35.00 per hour + spiffs
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (overtime as needed)

What You Will Be Doing
Annual maintenance and clean & checks on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
Dispatched to on‑demand service calls to residential customers
Educate customers on indoor air quality accessories
Consult customers on repairs
Complete all work orders in Service Factor as calls are completed
Qualifications / Skills
2+ years HVAC experience
Annual maintenance experience required
Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
Universal EPA certification
Low‑Voltage license desired
Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
Able to discuss repair and replacement decisions with customers
Impeccable customer service skills
Willingness to attend training classes, seminars including NATE certifications
Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
High school diploma or equivalent
HVAC certification from a trade school desired
