- specifically the

cooling, mechanical, civil, and associated E&I scope outside the data center building . Responsibilities

Estimating cooling & mechanical equipment (chillers, piping, related systems) Civil work tied to that equipment (earthwork, foundations, concrete pads, site prep) Associated Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) for mechanical systems Supporting estimates for mission-critical infrastructure supporting data centers Qualifications

~5-7 years of industry experience Background estimating mechanical equipment outside of buildings Working knowledge of E&I related to mechanical systems Exposure to civil scopes tied to equipment installation Data center experience is a plus but not required Seniority level
