What You’ll Do
Set up and operate large-format CNC machines using established programs and setup sheets (Extensive programming support provided)
Perform setups as planned and ensure jobs are run accurately and efficiently
Read, follow, and edit G-code as required
Perform tool offsets and in-process inspections
Load and properly position raw materials and workpieces
Monitor machining operations and make adjustments for tool wear, deviations, or machine issues
Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and job instructions
Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and tool changes
What You Bring
3–5 years of CNC machining experience in a job shop or similar environment (Large-scale machining experience is a big plus)
Strong G & M code knowledge
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Hands-on experience setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and changing tools
Ability to edit CNC programs
Heidenhain controls experience is a bonus — not required
Shift Options
1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM. Includes shift premium in addition to base pay.
