Welcome to Parker Industrial Process Filtration. At Parker’s Industrial Process Filtration Division, we collaborate with our customers to offer filtration solutions for complex contaminant management issues. Our aim is to enhance product quality and safeguard critical equipment against maintenance issues and downtime. The Industrial Process Filtration Division directly supports North America and works with global Parker Hannifin regional entities to leverage IPF products worldwide.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate specified machinery with assistance from Supervisor, Lead, or support personnel.

Read production orders to verify quality standards for quantities and labeling.

Monitor machine operation and material availability.

Verify that production parts and processes conform to applicable work instructions.

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.

Apply a working knowledge of IPF Division’s product line.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Follow the 5S system.

Operate tools required for an Assembler including Box stapler, assorted wrenches, rubber mallet, pliers, grease gun, hand tools, Band saw, Cut‑off saw, Glue machine, Sonic sewing machine, Grinder, Calipers, Micrometers, Go/No Go gauges.

Qualifications

Perform all functions of an Assembler (Core Department may be entry level).

Recognize when an operation or process is going or likely to go wrong.

Quickly and repeatedly adjust controls.

Choose and correctly respond to signals requiring action.

Recognize when equipment requires or will require maintenance or repair.

High School Diploma and/or GED.

Related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands

Stand for long periods.

Bend, stoop, walk, kneel, crouch, carry, climb.

Use hands and/or arms to finger, handle, feel and reach.

Talk and hear.

Frequently lift and/or move 1 to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 40 pounds.

Work from elevated platforms and/or ladders.

Work Environment Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, electrical shock risk, non‑controlled temperature environments, moderate to high noise levels.

Safety

Adhere to all safety guidelines.

Immediately report all safety issues including injuries, unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and near‑miss situations.

Review PPE Hazard Assessment Certification Form for safety requirements.
