Provide safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. Work collaboratively with associates to meet members’ expectations.
Base pay range $19.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educating associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, and TPMS.
Utilize digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement.
Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC Lead; track and monitor returns and special orders; operate cash registers; maintain accurate inventory and safety records.
Act as a brand advocate, modeling high‑quality service and products, influencing and inspiring team members.
Apply company policies, procedures, and ethics, including the Open Door Policy, to execute business processes.
Prioritize work assignments, collaborate with managers and coworkers, and recommend improvement opportunities.
Create an inclusive environment that embraces diversity and fosters a culture of belonging.
Maintain and promote integrity, ethics, and compliance, supporting Walmart’s regenerative goals.
Put customers first and make decisions based on reliable information that balances short‑ and long‑term priorities.
