Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant at Cain Law, based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for preparing legal documents, assisting with administrative tasks, managing communication, and supporting attorneys with daily operations. The candidate will also perform case research, maintain case files, and assist with the organization of court documentation and related correspondence.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of legal concepts, practices, and document preparation
Excellent administrative assistance and organizational skills
Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a legal team environment to meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Relevant experience supporting attorneys or working in a legal assistant role
Associate’s or bachelor's degree in legal studies, paralegal studies, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with legal software and common office applications is a plus
