Assist with company formations, entity management, and ongoing corporate compliance Support venture capital financings for private companies, including deal coordination and closings Provide transactional support for mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and related corporate matters Assist with IPO and other securities offering support as needed Help administer stock incentive and equity programs, including securities compliance components Draft and manage transaction documents, checklists, signatures, and closing materials Maintain organized records and manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment Qualifications
Experience as a paralegal in securities and/or general corporate law BA/BS degree required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing shifting priorities Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across all levels of an organization Why You’ll Love Working Here
