Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls to agents and customers Contact with third party (police departments and tow yards) Case updates in Wombat Utilize internet and database search tools to track down valuable collateral. Investigate and gather information on assets that individuals have evaded or hidden Manage pre-approved basic fees (flat bed, dollies, self-help) Negotiate fees with agents Verify collateral location and condition Works out of RDN, RCM and IBEAM Assign and reassign agents within queue Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic. Skilled in the Microsoft suite of products Possess a sense of urgency Problem solver who is committed to solutions A minimum of 2 years of experience in collections preferred but not required.
