About the Firm Join a globally recognized law firm known for advising on high‑stakes transactions, complex legal matters, and strategic client solutions. The firm’s real‑estate group provides sophisticated representation on major commercial property and financing matters.
Role Overview We are seeking a Real Estate Transactional Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all phases of commercial real estate deals. This role involves coordinating due diligence, drafting and reviewing key transaction documents, and assisting with closing logistics on property acquisitions and financings.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with due diligence by reviewing title reports, surveys, zoning documents, and search results, and summarizing key findings for attorney review.
Prepare transactional documents such as escrow instructions, conveyances, UCC filings, and ancillary loan materials.
Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, and lenders to resolve title issues and negotiate coverage terms.
Maintain and organize closing checklists, assemble closing binders, and manage post‑closing requirements.
Draft summaries and abstracts for leases and other real‑estate instruments.
Support attorneys and senior paralegals on all aspects of transaction workflow and communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
5–7+ years of experience in real‑estate transactional work, ideally within a large law firm or comparable legal environment.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills and comfort working collaboratively across teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with document management and closing tools is a plus.
