Position Overview We are seeking a Legal Assistant (Spanish) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with native-level fluency in both languages. This role requires not only strong organizational skills and attention to detail, but also a genuine passion for helping immigrants and supporting their journey toward stability and opportunity.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, English, Spanish, or a related field.

Native-level fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Commitment to immigrant rights and social justice.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

⚖️ Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in immigration cases.

Draft immigration forms and prepare basic legal documents under the direct supervision of an attorney.

Translate and draft legal documents in English and Spanish.

Provide interpretation for client meetings.

Assist with client communications, ensuring clarity and compassion across languages.

Maintain case files and manage scheduling.

Support attorneys in hearings, filings, and other immigration-related processes.
