We are looking for a motivated professional to join our foreclosure team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. The successful candidate will prepare First Legal Foreclosure Complaints, maintain accurate case data, and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and compliant filings. Duties
Prepare and draft First Legal Foreclosure Complaints in accordance with client, investor, and jurisdictional requirements Review loan documents, title reports, payment histories, and related materials to ensure accuracy and completeness Identify and verify proper parties, legal descriptions, and property information Ensure compliance with client guidelines, state statutes, and internal procedures Confirm all required documents and exhibits are included prior to filing Coordinate with title, service, and internal teams to resolve deficiencies or missing information Enter and maintain accurate data within case management systems Address client or internal inquiries related to complaint preparation Meet daily and monthly production and quality standards Position Requirements
Experience preparing legal documents in a foreclosure, default servicing, or legal environment, including exposure to First Legal complaint preparation Familiarity with foreclosure processes and timelines Working knowledge of loan documents, title documents, and payment histories Ability to identify legal and procedural issues prior to filing, with support as needed Strong typing and data entry skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based systems Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Employment Type
