Trusts & Estates Paralegal
HH is seeking an experienced
Trusts & Estates Paralegal
to join a Naples-based legal team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while providing exceptional support to attorneys and clients in all phases of trust and estate administration.
Responsibilities
Prepare probate pleadings, trust and estate accountings, and federal estate tax returns.
Perform funding calculations and assist with the administration of trusts and estates.
Draft correspondence, client communications, and legal documents related to estate administration.
Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical client files.
Assist attorneys with client meetings, document review, and case management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines and court requirements are met.
Use legal software and tools to support case preparation and management.
Qualifications
College degree and/or paralegal certificate.
5+ years of experience in all aspects of trusts and estates administration.
Strong communication and mathematical skills.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Knowledge of relevant legal software a plus.
