What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage the Disputes team responsible for reviewing escalations, complaints, appeals, and disputes
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on all dispute types covered by the team
Troubleshoot issues with internal staff and engineering teams to resolve disputes effectively
Research and stay updated on industry trends related to financial transactions and disputes
Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations regarding dispute activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 3 years of previous experience in banking disputes and investigations
Minimum 3 years of previous management experience at a financial institution
Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of banking compliance trends, rules, and regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Management experience and familiarity with company values
Experience managing relationships with off‑shore global operations partners
Customer service experience, as this role may require outbound calls
A CFE or similar industry designation
