What You’ll Do In This Role
Administrative and project support: Provide administrative and project support to the legal department and/or assigned team on a variety of legal matters, including managing individual and department calendars, making travel arrangements, auditing and submitting expense reports, coordinating meetings and events, distributing mail, reviewing invoices, tracking project deliverables, and monitoring policies.
Liaison/point of contact: Serve as primary liaison for the legal department regarding document and file storage, retrieval, control, classification, and retention of privileged and non‑privileged records, and facilitate communication from business partners.
Legal support: Assist attorneys and legal staff with reviewing contracts, participating in training, conducting basic research on privacy, cyber‑security, claims, intellectual property, and other matters.
Commitment to shared values and attendance policy.
Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years of office experience preferred (up to 3 years in a professional support role).
Experience supporting internal customers.
Basic understanding of financial services products.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to conduct basic research and document findings.
Strong communication skills and judgment.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic understanding of legal and financial terminology.
May be required to travel for training and meetings.

Criminal background check required.
