Roach Energy has an opportunity for a
Propane Technician
with a strong and stable work ethic.
Experience/ knowledge in propane equipment and gas lines installation required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Have the ability to install, repair, remove and service propane and propane associated equipment. This will include but not be limited to sizing gas lines, running gas lines, setting tanks and supervising propane helper/ trainee
Must know, understand and practice gas codes and regulations
Document, complete and submit required paperwork associated with job assignments
Troubleshoot, efficiently and accurately diagnose equipment problems
Maintain high level of product knowledge

Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a Drug and Background Check
Must be willing to work evenings/ weekends and longer days in-season
2 years minimum experience in the propane industry
Knowledge of meters and diagnostic instruments
Ability to deal with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with your hands
CDL Class B with tanker and hazmat endorsement
