Miss Lucille’s Café, a welcoming and cozy eatery located in Clarksville, TN, is known for its fresh, homemade dishes and inviting atmosphere. We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and detail‑oriented dishwash to join our exceptional commissary kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, making it an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities
Ensure clean dishes, pots, pans, and flatware are always available.
Clear the dish window and store clean dishes appropriately.
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and appliances, such as coffee makers, pots, pans, mixers, etc.
Clean the dishwasher and triple sink at the end of the night.
Sweep and mop floors, ensuring a safe and clean workspace at all times (especially if items are broken or spilled).
Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans.
Assist with unloading delivery trucks and restocking items.
Support your team and other restaurant staff with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and time‑management skills.
Ability to stand or walk for 8‑hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds.
Commitment to following food safety and sanitation procedures.
Must be at least 18 years or older.
Job Type: Part‑Time
Open Availability Preferred
Weekends Required
Pay Rate: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour, dependent upon experience
