The Administrative Assistant 1 will provide high-level, confidential administrative assistance to the Human Resources Director and provide support to all functions of the Hospital’s full service Human Resources Department. The Administrative Assistant 1 will ensure the efficient operation by performing a range of administrative tasks related to correspondence, files, and calendar management; and compilation of reports and other duties as assigned.
Requirements Administrative Assistant 1:
Two years of experience in administrative support, which includes use of office software (e.g., email, word processing), provision of customer service, business writing, and/or office administration.
Minimum Qualifications Substitution:
Certification (e.g., IAAP Certified Administrative Professional) or associate’s degree in office administration, secretarial science, administrative assistance, paralegal, business technology, or office technology substitutes for two years of experience.
