Safety & Security Lead Lead fire safety, emergency preparedness, inspections, and safety programs across large or multi-site facilities while supervising safety personnel and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and client standards.

About the Role

Lead fire safety, emergency procedures, drills, and incident response across large or multi-site facilities.

Oversee safety inspections, risk assessments, and compliance audits; recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Manage fire protection systems, emergency equipment, and documentation in line with regulatory and client standards.

Support physical security operations, including access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and vendor/contractor coordination.

Develop and implement safety programs, policies, and training, while collaborating with facilities, operations, and client leadership to embed proactive safety and security practices.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Security Management, Risk Management, or related field.

Around 4â“6+ yearsâ™ experience in safety, fire prevention, emergency management, or security operations (corporate, facilities, or industrial). Relevant experience in EHS/HSE will also be considered.

Strong understanding of safety regulations, fire codes, audit programs, and emergency response frameworks.

Skilled in inspections, drills, incident investigations, reporting, and coordinating with authorities.

Strong communication skills (Thai & English) with the ability to guide contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
