The Finding Place Collective is the mental health branch of My Relationships Project, located in Royal Oak, Mi. We are a new-ish, mission-driven practice dedicated to the social and emotional wellbeing of neurodivergent individuals. Through therapy, coaching, and small-group gatherings, our staff is dedicated to supporting our clients as active, self-determined, and engaged members of their communities.

Key Responsibilities/Opportunities: - Provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy to children, youth, adults, and families - Create and implement individualized treatment plans - Facilitate small groups - Involve and advise caretakers and family when appropriate - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications: - Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field - Current licensure as a mental health therapist in Michigan - Direct experience working with neurodivergent individuals - Knowledge of and commitment to neurodivergent-affirming therapeutic practices and supports
Compensation: - This is a contract position (1099) for 18+ billable hours per week - Fee split for services dependent on experience, beginning with a 50/50 fee split for Limited Licensed clinicians and a 60/40 fee split for fully licensed clinicians - Social Work supervision provided in-house, if needed
