About the Role We are seeking a

Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)

to serve as the frontline connection between patients, providers, and clinical operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a healthcare environment, values precision, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience from first contact through follow-up care.

As a PCC, you will play a critical role in ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and cared for—while maintaining accurate documentation, smooth scheduling, and compliant billing and insurance processes.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Patient Experience & Intake Welcome patients and create a professional, empathetic first impression Verify and update demographics, insurance, and identification Ensure all patient forms and documents are scanned and uploaded accurately and in real time Scheduling & Care Coordination Schedule new and follow-up appointments in compliance with insurance requirements Communicate appointment expectations, arrival times, and policies Confirm appointments and ensure follow-ups are scheduled when appropriate Insurance, Referrals & Authorizations Verify insurance eligibility and policyholder information Obtain, document, and track referrals and authorizations Maintain complete and accurate patient records Billing & Financial Documentation Collect payments and document transactions accurately Create invoices and process clinician SuperBills Upload payment documentation and maintain daily financial reporting Documentation & Quality Control Maintain complete, HIPAA-compliant patient charts Scan and upload referrals, test results, and third-party documentation Double-check all records for accuracy and completeness Office & Team Support Manage incoming mail, faxes, and voicemail Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations

What We’re Looking For Experience in

healthcare administration, patient coordination, or medical front office roles Strong communication skills with a calm, patient-focused demeanor High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment Proficiency with healthcare systems and office software Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
