Working under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, you will be a vital link in the medication distribution chain. You will: Prepare & Distribute: Assist in the accurate preparation and delivery of medications and supplies across various hospital satellites. Manage Inventory: Maintain drug inventory levels and ensure all supplies are stocked and ready for patient care. Leverage Technology: Properly operate and troubleshoot automated dispensing systems. Ensure Safety: Adhere to all Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements to maintain the highest standards of institutional practice. Adapt & Excel: Work collaboratively across different shifts and tours to meet the evolving needs of the department.

Requirements Experience: At least one (1) year of inpatient pharmacy experience is required. Technical Skills: Proven experience in pharmacy dispensing; Sterile Processing or IV Compounding experience is highly preferred. Precision: A high degree of accuracy and the ability to work effectively under time constraints. Licensure: Must be currently licensed and registered as a Pharmacy Technician by the NYSED (Primary Source Verification will be required). Education: High School Diploma or GED.
