Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking pharmaceuticals.
Provide excellent customer service by answering patient inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles in our pharmacy system.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Adhere to safety and quality standards in all pharmacy operations.
Support the pharmacist in compounding medications as needed.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy technician certification preferred.
Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
