Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a team on a contract basis in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This role offers an opportunity to support office operations during a busy tax season. Candidates should be prepared to work onsite and commit to a three-month term, including occasional Saturdays. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Answer and route inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing appointments.
- Maintain and organize office files and records for easy access.
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects.
- Utilize Microsoft Office software to create and edit documents as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports and correspondence for internal and external use.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity.
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working onsite and available for occasional Saturday shifts.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
