divh2Executive Assistant/h2pThe Executive Assistant will report to the Senior Vice President within the Health Services Associate Department, providing specialized and complex administrative support. This role requires critical assistance through research, analysis, writing, information coordination, correspondence distribution, meeting documentation, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong organizational skills, self-motivation, excellent interpersonal abilities, and effective communication./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliLead Health Services projects and initiatives in support of the assigned vertical./liliServe as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the assigned vertical, bridging people and processes./liliDevelop, review, edit, and draft presentations and documentation in collaboration with the Senior Vice President and leadership team. Independently research and analyze issues, compile materials for presentations and decision-making, and compose correspondence as needed./liliManage Senior Vice President activities, including complex calendar coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics./liliSupport onboarding and provide guidance and training for direct reports of the Senior Vice President as applicable./liliCreate professional, high-quality documents using Microsoft Office Suite./liliDevelop a deep understanding of the Senior Vice Presidents priorities and organizational role to appropriately manage access and commitments./liliIndependently prioritize, plan, and coordinate logistics for meetings and conferences with internal and external stakeholders./liliAnticipate Senior Vice President needs and proactively resolve issues or handle matters independently./liliAct as the primary liaison to internal and external constituencies on behalf of the Senior Vice President, including screening correspondence and calls, and keeping executive leadership informed of critical matters./liliMaintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all organizational levels./liliPrepare meeting reports, minutes, correspondence, presentations, organizational charts, and other required documentation./liliCoordinate support for organization-wide and department-wide initiatives with the Health Services Associate Services Manager./liliEnsure availability to assigned executives outside standard business hours, including on-call support when necessary./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliProven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership./liliStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)./liliExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills./liliAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment./liliExceptional written and verbal communication skills./liliHigh level of discretion and confidentiality./li/ulpComprehensive Benefits Package:/pulliFlexible work solutions, including remote and hybrid options./liliCompetitive pay and paid time off, including holidays and volunteer events./liliHealth insurance coverage for you and your dependents starting Day 1./lili401(k) retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, and more./li/ulpAbout AmeriHealth Caritas:/ppAt AmeriHealth Caritas, we are passionate about helping people access care, stay well, and build healthy communities.
