Your Role
Provide safe, resident-centered care under the Nurse Practice Act Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Support residents throughout their stay, from admission to discharge Serve as a positive clinical role model and resource for staff
What You’ll Bring
Current RN or LPN license in Iowa in good standing with no restrictions CPR Certification (required within six months of hire) Long-term care experience preferred but not required
